今晚第一次整越式春卷!好難炸!好熱氣呀!
下次會好些!每次落獲只可炸一至兩條!千祈不要心急!
越南春卷我未整過,係咪好易(濃)o架?[版主回覆06/13/2011 18:17:00]不是呀!秘訣是春卷皮浸水後要抹得很乾才能炸得脆和每次炸一至兩條才不易穿皮或stick to another one!炸兩次才金黃色!
