今日交功課,上了Rachel的課,很想整泰式海南雞飯呀!
整醮汁(泰式豆醬、芫茜根、糖、紅辣椒、薑蓉)
整黃薑飯 (蒜蓉、薑片、斑蘭葉、黃薑粉、鹽、米、雞湯)
好香呀!
整泰式海南雞
用紹興酒和薑汁醃雞十分鐘,中火煲雞半小時
泰安雞不含激素
浸冰水、去骨、切條子

整冬蔭功湯
老公好滿意今次的冬蔭功湯,好味!
今日晚餐
好滿足的一餐,煮和食都好開心!
